"The" Procedure

Yesterday, I had my procedure. It's called a "Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injection", they use Kenalog. They go directly into the spine, and inject it into the nerve, beforehand they do knock me out - Thank God. I'm in bed, resting. I'll be back to my work soon - no pun intended.
